Role Description We are looking for a full-time Floor Manager to join our team in New York, NY. The Floor Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, including customer service, inventory management, and staff supervision. The Floor Manager will ensure that the store is running smoothly and efficiently, and that customers have a positive shopping experience. Qualifications *Strong customer service and communication skills *Ability to manage and motivate staff *Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills *Knowledge of inventory management systems *Ability to work in a fast-paced environment *Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations *Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite *Retail experience and/or management experience Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week.
