Job Description Position: Administrative Coordinator – Sales Support (Contract)Location: Ridgefield, CTSchedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay Rate: $20–$23/hour (based on experience)Duration: 3-month contract with potential for extension based on business needsOverview:We are seeking a detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to support our sales team in a fast-paced office environment. This is a contract opportunity ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and able to manage multiple requests efficiently.Key Responsibilities:Respond to incoming requests from the sales team in a timely mannerPrepare and provide invoices and account statements as requestedMaintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is up to datePrioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlinesProvide general administrative and clerical support as neededQualifications:Previous administrative or clerical experienceStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to stay focused and manage workload independentlyProficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skillsExcellent communication and responsiveness
