Role Description:The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the executive management team, including C-Suite leadership. This role is critical in ensuring seamless operation by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling team logistics on-sites/off-sites. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and excels at operating in a fast-paced environment. The role requires effective communication and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.Duties & Responsibilities:Executive SupportProvide high-level administrative support to C-Suite executives including calendar management, travel coordination, and meeting preparationPrepare and edit correspondence, presentations, documents as neededCoordinate and schedule internal and external meetings, board meetings, advisory board sessions, and investor callsManage expense reporting and reimbursements for senior leadershipHandle confidential information with discretion and professionalismGeneral & Administrative OperationsSupport day-to-day office operations including vendor management, supply ordering, and facilities coordinationServe as a point of contact welcoming visitors in a friendly and professional mannerSupport HR, Finance, Clinical Operations teams with administrative tasks as neededCoordinate company events, team outings, and all-hands meetingsOrganize and maintain departmental files and records including updating SharePointQualifications:Bachelor’s degreeMinimum of 5+ years administrative experience supporting senior leaders; experience supporting multiple executives preferredExperience in biotech highly preferredDesired Skills: Proficient in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills, with familiarity in managing schedules, records, and office operationsStrong communication skills, both written and verbal, along with professional Phone EtiquetteExperience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including managing confidential information and providing support to senior leadershipAbility to prioritize tasks effectively, multi-task under pressure, and meet deadlinesProficiency with office productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailPrevious experience in a healthcare or biotechnology settingCompensation & Benefits:Diagonal offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual bonus, and equity-based compensation.
