As we continue to grow, we’re looking for an experienced and motivated Home Care Liaison to help expand and strengthen our community presence from the Huntington Beach coastal communities through Mission Viejo and surrounding areas.This is not a transactional sales role.We’re looking for someone who genuinely values connection, consistency, and community. Someone who understands that meaningful growth in healthcare comes from showing up, building trust, and always doing right by the families and professionals we serve.What You’ll Do:• Develop and nurture referral relationships across the healthcare and senior care community• Conduct in-person outreach and community networking throughout Orange County• Serve as a trusted resource for families, referral partners, and healthcare professionals• Represent Ally In-Care with professionalism, compassion, integrity, and responsiveness• Attend networking events, educational meetings, and community engagements• Collaborate closely with leadership and operations to ensure an exceptional client experienceWhat We’re Looking For:• 2+ years of experience in home care, home health, hospice, healthcare marketing, or related healthcare sales• Strong relationship-building and communication skills• Self-motivated, accountable, and community-oriented mindset• Existing referral relationships within Orange County preferred• Someone who values long-term partnerships over short-term winsCompensation & Growth:• Base salary: $72,000–$80,000 annually• Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential• Opportunity for long-term professional growth within a mission-driven organizationAt Ally In-Care, we are intentionally building something different.
