Position OverviewCLF Consultants LLC seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to deliver applied behavior analysis (ABA) services, functional behavioral assessment, and behavior intervention plan development for students ages 3 through 21 across Whitfield County School System sites in Dalton, Georgia.The BCBA joins a multi-discipline contracted team aligned with Whitfield County's Special Education department, with particular focus on students on the autism spectrum and students requiring intensive behavioral support. Caseloads run approximately 55-65 students per direct-service discipline; assignment volumes vary by service model, campus distribution, and IEP changes across the school year. CLFC PMO works with the Whitfield County Special Education department to balance caseloads, cluster campuses to minimize drive time between schools, and rotate coverage as needed. The 8-hour billable workday is anchored to student school hours; service delivery is in-person preferred. Whitfield County provides instructional materials, computers, printers, and evaluation toolkits.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct functional behavioral assessments (FBA) for students requiring behavioral support, including direct observation, indirect assessment, and functional analysis where appropriateDevelop, implement, and supervise behavior intervention plans (BIP) tied to IEP behavioral goals, using evidence-based ABA methodologyProvide direct ABA intervention to students with autism spectrum disorder and other behavioral needs as identified in IEPsTrain and coach paraprofessionals, teachers, and special education staff on behavior support strategies, data collection protocols, and crisis-response proceduresCollect and analyze behavioral data, presenting trends and intervention effectiveness in IEP team meetingsAttend IEP meetings during the 8-hour school day as scheduled, contributing FBA findings, BIP recommendations, and behavioral progress dataRequired QualificationsActive Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standingMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution with a BACB Verified Course SequenceDemonstrated experience providing school-based ABA services to students ages 3-21Working knowledge of IEP development, IDEA compliance, FBA/BIP standards, and special education service deliverySuccessful completion of background check per Whitfield County School System and Georgia Department of Education requirementsReliable transportation to multiple school sites within Whitfield CountyStrongly Preferred QualificationsBCBA-D (Doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior Analyst) - eligible for the BCBA-D differential (see compensation details)Three or more years of K-12 school-based ABA practice in a multidisciplinary special education environmentBilingual Spanish/English capability - eligible for the bilingual differential, especially valuable for serving Spanish-speaking families with autism-spectrum studentsSpecialty experience with verbal behavior, picture exchange communication system (PECS), or naturalistic developmental behavioral interventions (NDBI)Documented experience with Medicaid documentation and service-log standards in a Georgia school settingCompensationHourly base range: $95.00 - $115.00 per hour for experienced school-based BCBAs (independent contractor / 1099)BCBA-D differential: +$5.00 - $10.00 per hour for Doctoral-level Board Certified Behavior AnalystsBilingual specialty differential (Spanish/English): +$3.00 - $5.00 per hourCombined ceiling for BCBA-D + bilingual specialists: up to $125.00 per hourBi-weekly pay frequency per CLFC standard contractor termsPosition Reference: 01CLFCS005 Please use this reference in all correspondence and document submissions for this position.About CLF Consultants LLCCLF Consultants LLC (DBA: CLFC Healthcare and Communications) is a federal, state, and local government services prime contractor delivering healthcare staffing and language access services nationwide.
