Our brands include advanced battery heated apparel powered by our proprietary Mobile Warming® technology, as well as performance-driven cooling and non-heated apparel designed for work, outdoor recreation, and everyday use.Position OverviewWe are looking for a proven sales leader who can step in and make an immediate impact in our Eastern Region. The ideal candidate has strong experience managing B2B retail sales relationships, supporting cross-functional teams, managing independent rep groups, and leading sales growth initiatives.You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment while collaborating closely with sales, marketing, operations, and executive leadership teams.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute strategic sales plans to grow revenue throughout the Eastern U.S. regionBuild, manage, and expand relationships with key retail accounts, distributors, strategic partners, and independent rep agencies.Identify and secure new business opportunities while maintaining existing customer relationshipsCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience and operational efficiencyAnalyze market trends and competitive activity.Attend trade shows, customer meetings, and industry events throughout the U.S. and internationally as neededQualifications5–10 years retailer sales experience, working with rep agencies and buying groups.Experience within Farm & Ranch, Sporting Goods, Outdoor, Apparel, or Mass Merchant retail channels preferredBachelor’s degree or related field experienceStrong communication, and strategic planning skillsSelf-motivated, highly organized, and action-orientedTravel RequirementsDomestic travel throughout the United States is requiredAdditional international travel may occasionally be requiredCandidate should reside within the Mid / Eastern United StatesCompensation & BenefitsWe offer a competitive base salary plus a generous commission structure designed to reward performance, initiative, and growth.Our comprehensive benefits package includes:401(k) with company match up to 3%Company contribution toward medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid life insuranceOptional supplemental insurance programs including:Critical IllnessLong-Term DisabilityAccident InsuranceVoluntary Life & AD&DFlexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for healthcare and childcare expensesPaid sick leave and company holidaysVacation benefits ApplyPlease send your resume and cover letter explaining why you are an ideal fit for this role to:Bonnie@fieldsheer.com
