Role Description The Training Specialist will play a critical role in developing and delivering training programs to enhance employee skills and ensure compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include creating training materials, conducting in-person and virtual training sessions, and measuring training effectiveness to optimize learning experiences. This is a full-time, on-site position based in the Greater Savannah Area. Qualifications Training Development and Facilitation skills, including the ability to create engaging training programs and deliver them effectively.Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills to collaborate with team members and deliver training in a clear and approachable manner.Detail-Oriented and Analytical skills to assess training needs, evaluate effectiveness, and implement continuous improvement strategies.Experience in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and familiarity with e-learning platforms is a plus.Knowledge of firearms safety and familiarity with firearms industry standards is beneficial.Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field preferred.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
