Performs treasury activities related to cash flow and investment activities. Allocates cash balances, maintains investment records, and prepares earning reports for senior leadership. Ensures policies and procedures meet the organization's objectives, needs, and regulatory body requirements. Typically reports to the Treasury Director.ResponsibilitiesUnderstand, manage, and supervise all aspects of cash flowForecast and execute daily cash requirementsManage all aspects of In-house investmentsManage long-term and short-term investment strategiesDetermine the departments goals and risk toleranceManage ACH exposures and oversight of the annual ACH auditsMaintain relationships with banking and financial partnersResponsible for the execution of all KYC and due diligence processes for customer vettingResponsible for allocation of treasury resources across all treasury bank implementations and large project initiativesOversee all operational and investment policies and proceduresEvaluate, develop and implement cash management systems to optimize efficienciesPrioritize treasury workflows for internal and external customersApprove cash collections, employee disbursements and tax payments as neededAnalyze and review transaction monitoring for potential fraudulent transactionsEstablish and maintain internal and external transaction volume limitsMonitor bank service fees and address quality issuesManage, direct, and develop treasury staffOther Job Duties As AssignedCompetenciesWritten and verbal communication, including technical writing skillsAbility to conduct cost/benefit analysisBusiness case developmentLeadership skillsProblem Solving ability when processes do not happen as expectedQualificationsEducation/Certification RequirementBachelor's degreeRequiredPrior experience preferred5+ years of applicable experienceCTP preferrred but not requiredSolutions-oriented with an innovative mindsetPreferredMicrosoft OfficeFamiliarity with industry specific treasury servicesYou are encouraged to learn and share ideas when you join the OneSource Virtual team.
