Civil Engineer

We are seeking a driven, detail-focused Project Engineer to join our Land Development team. This individual will support a range of civil engineering tasks for both residential and commercial projects, contributing to planning, design, reporting, and project coordination.Responsibilities:Contribute to land planning efforts for development projectsPrepare and/or oversee due diligence reportsDevelop engineering design plans for agency permitting and approvalsDraft technical reports and studies, including stormwater and development impact reportsCollaborate with internal staff and external consultants to support project goalsProvide construction administration and field observation throughout project executionQualifications:Strong understanding of site/civil engineering fundamentals, including:Utility designGradingStormwater managementLand planningKey Activities:Assist with land planning and due diligence documentationPrepare design plans and permit submittalsDraft stormwater and impact reportsCoordinate with multidisciplinary teams and outside consultantsSupport construction administration and field observation tasksSkills:PE license is needed.Proficiency in utility design, grading, stormwater management, and land planning
