What You'll DoIn this role, you'll oversee a portfolio exceeding 1 million square feet of commercial office space, ensuring operational excellence and financial performance across the board.Key responsibilities include:Leading all aspects of commercial property management for a large office portfolioDriving asset performance, NOI growth, and expense controlManaging and mentoring property management staff and building engineersOverseeing budgeting, forecasting, and CAM reconciliationsBuilding and maintaining strong tenant and client relationshipsPartnering with ownership and asset management on strategic initiativesCoordinating capital projects, vendor management, and property improvementsEnsuring compliance with leases, contracts, and regulatory requirements?? What We're Looking ForWe're seeking a confident, experienced leader who can think both operationally and strategically.Qualifications:5+ years of experience in commercial property management, with senior-level responsibilityProven experience managing large-scale office portfoliosStrong expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and CAMLeadership experience managing teams and vendorsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsProficiency with Yardi, MRI, or similar property management systemsCPM, RPA, or real estate license strongly preferred??
