This role offers the chance to provide outstanding customer service and communication while working with a team that values agility, reliability, innovation, care, teamwork, and integrity.Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $27.38 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Mon 05:30 PM - 09:30 PM Tue 05:30 PM - 09:30 PM Wed 05:30 PM - 09:30 PM Thur 05:30 PM - 09:30 PM Fri 05:30 PM - 09:30 PMWhat Youll Do:Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense location.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout buildings, production areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points and verify credentials, visitor activity, and/or deliveries in accordance with site protocols and restricted area requirements.Support site operations by communicating with staff, contractors, and/or first responders during routine activities and unusual events, while following Allied Universal standards and post instructions.Minimum Requirements:An active DoD Top Secret Clearance is required.Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.Alarm panel experience is preferred.Customer service experience is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: May participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
