The position offers competitive hourly pay, flexible project scopes, and the chance to work with a talented team committed to excellence.Key Responsibilities:Lead and execute projects following standardized PM processes, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, and budgetPartner with project sponsors and functional managers to develop detailed project artifacts, including Cost Benefit Analyses, Charters, and milestone plansManage project planning, resource allocation, and execution while monitoring progress and addressing challengesDevelop and maintain financial forecasts, manage variances, and execute change requests as neededIdentify and mitigate risks through proactive issues and risk management strategiesEnsure all business requirements are met from development through implementationCollaborate with team members to refine resources, develop project schedules, and conduct risk assessmentsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience7+ years of project management experience, including 1+ years in project management software such as MS Project, Smartsheet, or JiraProven track record of delivering projects on time, within scope, and budgetStrong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and WaterfallExcellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skillsPMP certification or equivalent is highly preferredPreferred Qualifications:7+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in a PMO environmentExperience managing projects impacting core investment management, financial, or capital markets systemsDemonstrated success in complex project deliveryWhat We Offer:Competitive hourly pay rate of $87 - $93Worksite located in Springfield, MAOpportunities for professional growth and skill developmentSupportive work environment dedicated to project excellenceWhy Join Us?This role offers a unique chance to lead strategic projects that influence the future of corporate financial operations and risk management.
