As we continue to expand, we’re looking for an experienced Concrete Laborer in the Lincoln market.Key ResponsibilitiesPreparing the Site: Assist with material and equipment staging for maximum efficiency; set up and align forms to create walls, pillars, walkways, and other structuresMixing and Pouring Concrete: Assist in maintaining a proper supply of concrete so that operations remain constantFinishing Concrete Surfaces: Guide the concrete to the proper place; direct the driver of the mixing truck as to where to best be positioned; smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete, such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power toolsCleanup: General clean-up of site and building organization; track small tools used and store appropriately at the end of the workdayQualificationsAbility to work productively alone or with othersProblem-solving abilitiesCommunicate effectivelyWork efficiently and effectivelyBe self-motivatedAbility to make sound decisionsMust be able to remain calm during stressful situations and work through any challenges or issues which may ariseMust be able to know when to ask for help when a job task exceeds their skills or abilitiesIf you are looking for company that provides a competitive wage and great benefits, opportunities for career advancement and professional development, a positive and collaborative work culture and the ability to engage in exciting and diverse projects that challenge and inspire, please apply!
