Qualifications & RequirementsExperience: 1-2 years of experience in warehouse processing, order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, or inventory control preferred. Computer Skills: Basic computer literacy required. Comfort using computer terminals, RF barcode scanners, and inventory software/WMS. Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Attention to Detail: Excellent numerical accuracy, sorting ability, and eye for detail. Physical Demands:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40-50 lbs regularly throughout the shift. Fine motor skills for handling labels, packaging materials, and computer peripherals. Employment RequirementsMust be willing to undergo and pass a comprehensive background screening in accordance with local regulations. Must be willing to undergo and pass a drug screening prior to employment and adhere to Pridestaff's substance-free workplace policy. Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.50 - $17.50 Per Hour
