As the Call-By-Call Coordinator your responsibility will be to support the duties of managing a crew of 12 technicians. They would be instrumental in helping you maintain an efficient workflow and ensure that your jobs are completed on time and to the customer’s satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
Scheduling and dispatching:
Assigns jobs to technicians based on their skill set, availability, and location.
Adjusts schedules in real-time if jobs take longer or shorter than expected.

Communication:
Acts as a liaison between the technicians and the customers.
Communicates any changes, delays, or updates to both parties.
Ensures customers are informed about the estimated time of arrival.
Resource Management:
Keeps track of the equipment, tools, and parts required for each job.
Ensures technicians are equipped with everything they need before dispatching.
Tracking and reporting:
Monitors the progress of jobs and updates the system accordingly.
Reports on the efficiency of job assignments, customer satisfaction, and technician performance.
Problem Solving:
Handles any issues that arise during the day, such as emergencies, delays, or customer complaints.
Reallocates resources as necessary to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
2+ years of administrative experience
Sales experience
Strong understanding of dispatch, operations, KPIs, or ability to learn quickly
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with operations technologies (Service Titan)
Pay Transparency:
The starting rate for this opportunity ranges from $50k-$60k+annually. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. Other rewards may include incentive plan opportunities and annual bonus eligibility.
