Job Description We are seeking a Store Manager to assist with running our Princess Spa! Duties will include but not limited to overseeing all walk ins, appointments and spa parties at our facility. Coordinate all activities and events .Responsibilities:Supervise team (glamgirls & party host)Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiencyTrain and evaluate employees Track monthly results and trends for business forecastingResolve escalated customer complaints ​Qualifications:Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fieldsAbility to thrive in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and communication skillsStrong leadership qualities
