Job description: Avanto Guide (Cold Plunge + Sauna Host) Ready to help people feel more alive? Avanto is Park City’s premiere cold plunge and Nordic sauna experience. A place for recovery, community, and contrast. We're looking for warm, welcoming hosts to guide guests through their 2-hour sessions, introduce them to the power of heat + cold, and keep the space running smoothly. This role is part concierge, part coach, part vibe curator. If you’re passionate about wellness, love talking to people, and aren’t afraid of a little cold water, this might be your perfect fit.
