**Job Summary:** We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be able to handle a high volume of customer inquiries, resolve issues efficiently, and utilize their analytical skills to identify areas of improvement. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering outstanding customer experiences and are eager to grow professionally. **Duties:** - Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through phone, email, and chat, providing timely and accurate resolutions. - The ability to learn a pos system and general google searches. - Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently. - The ability to lift 50#'s - the employee will be trained to use a John Deere loader to load customer with product - Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times, adhering to call center etiquette standards. - Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate records and customer information. - Analyze customer feedback and provide actionable insights to improve customer service processes. - Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and ensure a seamless customer experience. - Meet or exceed customer service performance metrics, including response times and resolution rates. **Qualifications:** - High school diploma or equivalent required. - Excellent customer service skills, with a strong focus on providing a positive experience for customers. - Ability to analyze data and identify areas of improvement. - Proficiency in computerized systems and software. - Experience with cash handling and credit transactions. - Strong communication and phone etiquette skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. - Fluency in multiple languages is an asset. - Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred.
