Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. An opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide essential support in an elementary school setting on a leave replacement basis. This contract position requires dedicated service starting January 28 through March 31, working five days a week from 8:05 AM to 3:30 PM, followed by a reduced schedule from April 13 through June 24 with two flexible days per week. Key Responsibilities: Deliver individualized speech and language therapy to elementary students Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student communication goals Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student success plans Qualifications: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology Eligible as a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or fully certified SLP with experience in school settings Expertise in pediatric speech-language pathology preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule during the latter part of the assignment Location: This role is based in Trenton, New Jersey, serving an elementary school population.
