Ambassador Healthcare at College Park - Facility: Ambassador Healthcare at College ParkPosition: RN Evening SupervisorLocation: Fort Myers, FloridaShift: Full-Time | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PMSalary: $77,500 – $87,500 per yearAbout the RoleAmbassador Healthcare at College Park is seeking a dedicated and experienced RN Evening Supervisor to lead our evening nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care. This leadership position plays a vital role in overseeing evening operations, supporting staff, and maintaining compliance with all regulatory standards.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and support the evening nursing team to ensure exceptional resident care in accordance with facility policies and state and federal regulationsCollaborate with the Director of Nursing (DON) and Associate Director of Nursing (ADON) to plan, develop, and optimize daily nursing operationsParticipate in facility surveys and inspections, ensuring ongoing readiness and complianceMonitor staffing levels to maintain safe and efficient operations throughout the shiftConduct routine rounds to provide guidance, coaching, and performance oversightAddress staff concerns or grievances and escalate as appropriateWelcome and assist with new resident admissions to ensure a smooth transitionAccompany physicians during rounds and assist with nursing assessmentsSupervise medication administration and treatments to ensure accuracy and compliance with physician ordersProvide hands-on nursing care as neededParticipate in performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs to promote accountability and professional developmentQualificationsNursing degree from an accredited college or universityActive, unencumbered Florida RN licenseMinimum of 2 years of direct care experience in long-term care, restorative, or geriatric settingsAt least 1 year of nursing supervisory or management experienceCurrent CPR certificationStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to compassionate, resident-centered careWhy Join Ambassador Healthcare at College Park?We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment where compassionate leadership is valued.
