Director of New Business Implementation
**Responsibilities:**Within the Corporate Provider Network functional area, this position is responsible for supporting the continuum of new business from market pre-work through post go live stabilization including overarching planning, direction, and process development for the evaluation and deployment of potential new business and acquisitions. This position will work closely with the functional area's leadership as well as leaders across the organization including Market Entry and specific market entry leadership. Additionally, this position will provide input and decision making for program elements and partnerships in potential new markets.**Work Arrangement:** Remote: must be able to work during core business hours (8am-5pm) Eastern Time Zone.Core function is to oversee new business related evaluation and deployment within the functional area, including but not limited to the following:+ Act as Point of Contact for the functional area for new business related activities+ Oversight of reporting and analytics for Corporate Provider Network+ Perform due diligence review for opportunities including gap analysis+ Recommend scope of solutions (market or enterprise solutions)+ Identify new market differentiating programs+ Contribute to new market differentiating programs and other market specific or enterprise wide solutions+ Drive standardization/best practices in implementation activities+ Participate in State meetings and Readiness Reviews as a SME+ Develop and inform decisions regarding state specific policies and procedures;+ Participate in the creation of specific programs/processes needed that are unique to a new Market+ Provide oversight for the functional area throughout the new business continuum+ May make decisions on behalf of the functional leaders and appropriately escalates decisions which require leadership involvement+ Report out status to senior staff across the enterprise**Education/Experience:**+ Bachelor's Degree+ Equivalent work experience required.+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare, managed care, or insurance industry environment required.+ 8 to 10 years of relevant functional experience.+ Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time.+ Ability to lead teams and direct workflow across several departments and functions+ Strong written and verbal communication skills (Power Point, Excel, and MS Project, Visio, Word expertise essential).+ Ability to work with cross disciplinary and cross cultural teams both in team setting and independently.+ Problem solving and root cause identification skills.+ Experience with large-scale organizational change.**Skills and Technology:**+ Experience with SQL, Tableau or other reporting tools.**Our Comprehensive Benefits Package**Flexible work solutions including remote options, hybrid work schedules, Competitive pay, Paid time off including holidays and volunteer events, Health insurance coverage for you and your dependents on Day 1, 401(k) Tuition reimbursement and more._For roles that are 100% remote or hybrid, you must have access to a reliable high-speed internet connection to support daily job responsibilities.
