Our mission is to reduce waste in healthcare supply chains and help medical facilities lower costs while improving access to essential equipment.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX for an Associate Sales Representative. In this role, you will build relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and other medical facilities to introduce and grow adoption of the RevMed marketplace. You will also support the pre-existing sales team with operations management, handling logistical tasks and order fulfillment support in RevMed's distribution center.Responsibilities include logistical support for the senior sales team, identifying sales opportunities, onboarding new facilities to the platform, conducting product demonstrations, negotiating transactions between buyers and sellers, and maintaining long-term client relationships. The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of the healthcare industry, and a passion for helping medical facilities reduce costs and improve inventory management.Because we receive a high volume of inbound inquiries from Spanish-speaking clients, Spanish fluency is required.Qualifications1-5 years proven experience in medical sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the healthcare industry.Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with hospitals, surgery centers, and medical facilities.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage high volumes of client accounts, prioritize opportunities, and meet deadlines.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site environment while working independently and taking ownership of results.Strong problem solving skills, ability and enthusiasm to wear many hats, and take on new challenges.Fluent in Spanish (required) due to a high volume of Spanish-speaking inbound clients.
