to run a data center, making critical contributions to the IT infrastructure that supports our city’s operations. If

### Key Qualifications:
**VMware and VXrail Experience:** Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience with VMware and
VXrail.
**Microsoft 365 Administration:** Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including managing Group Policy and
Microsoft Exchange, is preferred.
**Backup & Recovery:** Experience with Veeam Backup & Recovery software is highly desirable.
**Windows Server OS & Security:** Familiarity with Windows Server OS is required.
**Email Security:** Knowledge of Mimecast and email security best practices is beneficial.
**Communication Skills:** Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
**Problem-Solving:** You should have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to retain and apply
knowledge over time.
**Networking Knowledge:** Networking skills or experience will give you an edge.
**Cybersecurity Knowledge:** Keeping IT security top of mind as part of daily operations.
### Responsibilities:
Oversee and maintain the city’s data center operations.
Collaborate with the IT team to manage and support our technology infrastructure.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for various systems and applications.
Implement and manage security measures to protect city data and IT resources.
Prepare for a future role as a Systems Engineer with ongoing training and development.
