You will work in small, cross-functional squads to move from prototype to production, delivering measurable operational impact. You’ll apply AI-assisted tooling, rigorous engineering practices, and security-first thinking to scale reusable components across transformation initiatives. ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, test, deploy, and operate production-grade AI-powered applications, agents, services, integrations, and workflowsPrototype and iterate rapidly from requirements to working solutions based on real-world feedbackLeverage AI-assisted and agentic coding tools throughout the SDLC to accelerate deliveryTranslate business requirements into scalable technical designs in collaboration with engineers, scientists, TPMs, designers, and operationsApply software engineering best practices: code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD, observability, documentation, and operational readinessBuild reusable components and patterns to scale solutions across teams and transformation scenariosAdapt quickly in ambiguous environments, experimenting with emerging AI technologies and measuring outcomesIncorporate security, privacy, Responsible AI, and compliance throughout design and delivery Key requirementsBachelor's degree in computer science or related technical field and 2+ years of coding experience in C/C++/C#/Java/JavaScript/Python or equivalentOR equivalent experiencePreferred: 4+ years with Bachelor's or Master’s degree with 2+ years in software engineeringCollaborativeComfortable with ambiguityStrong communicationAI-powered software developmentCI/CD and automated testingObservability and operational excellence
