Join us in creating a community of connected care, where coordinated, quality service is the norm and every member feels valued.This Supervisor will oversee two teams of Administrative Support Specialists who provide Care Coordination referral support and administrative support to our department of Care Coordinators, in addition to providing member customer service support.Medica's Supervisor is responsible for managing teams of care coordination support specialists for the provision of care coordination services for State Public Programs and other Medica members. The majority of members will be from our Care Coordination Products (MSHO, MSC+, ISNBC and SNBC) within State Public Programs and the Government division. In addition, this leader will partner with our Clinical Care Manager in the implementation and evaluation of Medica Care System care coordination services, implement improvement opportunities and manage corrective active plans as needed. Required QualificationsRN Diploma or Degree in Nursing (Associates or Bachelors) + a minimum of 2 years' experience in community based services, ORBachelor's degree in Social Work + a minimum of 1-2+ years of community based services5+ years clinical experience1-2+ years supervisory experience of professional staff, including employees who are home office or located remotely; informal leadership that has included coaching and mentorship will also be consideredRequired Certifications/LicensureActive, unrestricted RN OR SW License in the state of MN RequiredMnCHOICES Certified Assessor Training (MNCAT) preferred or ability to obtain within 21 days of employmentPublic Health Certification preferred, however not requiredSkills and AbilitiesExcellent customer service skills and proven team building skillsExcellent computer skills and ability to leverage technology to lead remote teamsHigh degree of initiative and ability to work independently, and within a groupAbility to plan, organize and prioritize work effectively, including the flexibility to accommodate frequent changesStrong problem solving skillsConsultant skills to articulate business needs and translate to quality programs that result in targeted staff competenciesStrong leadership skillsThis position is an Office role, which requires an employee to work onsite at our Minnetonka, MN office, on average, 3 days per week. The full salary grade for this position is $70,200 - $120,400. While the full salary grade is provided, the typical hiring salary range for this role is expected to be between $70,200 - $105,315. Annual salary range placement will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, applicable certifications and/or licensure, the position's scope and responsibility, internal pay equity and external market salary data.
