IT Manager
The IT Support is responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the organization. This role troubleshoots hardware and software issues, supports end users, and assists with system upgrades and maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide day-to-day technical support to employees (onsite and remote)Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, printers, and mobile devicesTroubleshoot system, network, and application issues in a timely mannerSet up new user accounts, permissions, and access controlsMonitor and maintain network performance and securityPerform routine system updates, backups, and patchesDocument technical issues and resolutions for future referenceAssist with IT projects, upgrades, and system implementationsEnsure compliance with company IT policies and proceduresCoordinate with vendors and external service providers when necessaryAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)1-3 years of experience in IT support or help desk rolesKnowledge of Windows and/or Mac operating systemsFamiliarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches)Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and common business applicationsStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and customer service skills
