See attachment on original job posting Required qualifications include a Master's Degree in Social Work from a CSWE-accredited social work program and a current California Licensed Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, license in good standing. The position also requires a Pupil Personnel Services (PPS) Credential with authorization in School Social Work issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing, or the ability to obtain the credential within one year of hire. The position requires a minimum of three years of post-master's experience in mental health, school social work, school-based behavioral health, or a closely related field. The successful candidate must have demonstrated experience providing school-based mental health services or coordinating mental health and wellness supports in an educational setting. Experience providing supervision, consultation, coaching, or oversight to interns, trainees, Certified Wellness Coaches, wellness staff, or related personnel is also required. This is a Certificated Management position. May be eligible for a hiring bonus up to $6,000. Preferred qualifications include experience supervising social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or related clinical interns in school settings. Experience with CYBHI, school health billing, Medi-Cal billing, or other behavioral health documentation and compliance systems is preferred. Experience serving, or eligibility to serve, as an ORP for eligible school-based behavioral health services is also preferred. Experience developing or maintaining partnerships with universities, graduate training programs, county agencies, or community-based organizations is preferred. Experience supervising or coordinating Certified Wellness Coaches or similar school-based wellness personnel across multiple sites is also preferred. Open Until Filled.
