Job Description Who we are Phoenix Residential is a trauma-informed residential program serving youth ages 6–17 with behavioral and mental health needs. We utilize a Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) model and are expanding to include Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services within our residential setting.Job SummaryWe are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst / Licensed Behavior Analyst- CONTRACT to join our team! This is a HYBRID role. The BCBA/LBA will serve as the clinical lead for Phoenix's ABA program. This role is responsible for conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, supervising behavior technicians, and ensuring all services meet Texas Medicaid and compliance standards.Responsibilities Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBA) and other required evaluationsDevelop individualized ABA treatment plans based on assessment dataProvide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Monitor client progress and adjust interventions as neededEnsure all documentation meets Medicaid and regulatory standardsMaintain compliance with all state and federal guidelinesCollaborate with residential staff to integrate ABA strategies into daily routinesParticipate in interdisciplinary team meetingsSupport development and implementation of program policies and proceduresQualificationsActive BCBA certificationActive Texas LBA license (required)Experience with Medicaid ABA services and documentationExperience supervising RBTs or behavior techniciansStrong knowledge of behavior analysis principles and interventionsAbility to work in a residential and team-based environmentBenefits/PerksCareers Advancement Opportunities Flexible SchedulingCompetitive Compensation
