Maternal Fetal Medicine Physician– Assistant/Associate Professor

Responsibilities The Division of Maternal Fetal Medicine at the University of Virginia is seeking an outstanding academic physician at the Assistant or Associate Professor level. The successful candidate will provide excellent clinical care, advance research in obstetrics and women’s health, and mentor medical students, residents, and fellows. The Division’s team includes 7 physicians, 3 Genetic Counselors, a Perinatal Nurse Navigator, 8 dedicated core sonographers, and a clinical research team. Division members provide the full breadth of care in high‑risk obstetrics, including inpatient and outpatient care, ultrasound‑guided fetal diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, remote fetal ultrasound reads, and subspecialty consultations. Division members oversee the Fellowship in Maternal Fetal Medicine and actively participate in the Residency Program in OB/GYN. The Division operates within a Level IV NICU with >60 beds.
