Warehouse Manager

Duties: - Oversee and manage all warehouse operations, preparing job materials for 5 to 6 Christmas light installation crews, warehouse distribution, e- commerce order fulfillment, and materials management. -Prepare inventory for the next days jobs making sure all materials are in the totes and the crews have everything they need for the jobs. - Track inventory and tools. - Procure necessary supplies and equipment for the warehouse. - Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. - Manage fleet operations, including scheduling maintenance and repairs for company vehicles. - Monitor and optimize warehouse layout to maximize space utilization. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations. -Organize light sets by color temperature and spacing must have good attention to detail. -Assist in repairing and refurbishing Christmas wreaths, garland, and décor pieces. -Assist crews in loading of materials each morning and ensure they have all required items. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in warehouse management or a similar role. - English and Spanish speaking preferred. - Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, materials management, and fleet management. - Excellent organizational and time management skills. - Ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels of the organization. - Familiarity with forklift operation and other warehouse equipment. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound decisions under pressure. - Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency. - Must be able to lift heavy boxes and totes.
