This is a dynamic role that operates at the intersection of litigation strategy, large-scale discovery, and national claims oversight. The ideal candidate is not only experienced, but agile, someone who can quickly pivot between priorities, manage competing deadlines, and proactively identify risks and opportunities across a complex, multi-jurisdictional docket. You will play a key role in shaping discovery approaches, driving efficient processes, and partnering closely with clients and colleagues in a high-volume, high-impact environment.Key Responsibilities:Independently manage a nationwide litigation caseload from inception through resolution in a fast-moving environmentConduct thorough investigations and proactively spot discovery issues unique to each caseDevelop and craft strategic discovery responses tailored to individual cases while ensuring alignment with overarching national litigation strategiesContinuously monitor and evaluate discovery processes to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigationManage and continuously improve a national claims program, identifying efficiencies and scalable solutionsPartner closely with attorneys, partners, and client to develop case strategy and discovery plansCollaborate across offices and practice groups to deliver seamless, team-oriented serviceAdapt quickly to shifting priorities, emerging legal issues, and evolving client needsQualificationsJD from an ABA-accredited law schoolAdmitted to practice in at least one state5+ years of litigation and experienceStrong discovery experience requiredExperience handling multi-jurisdictional litigation and/or national claims programs preferredBackground in transportation, logistics, trucking, or related regulatory frameworks preferredFamiliarity with emerging e-commerce or gig economy legal issues is a plusProven ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environmentStrong client counseling and relationship management skillsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilitiesExceptional written and oral communication skillsAdvanced technical proficiency with litigation and discovery tools Why Should You Apply?
