Territory Sales Manager
General SummaryCase Medical has a sales opportunity for a Territory Manager based in the Upper Midwest United States covering MN, ND, SD and portions of WI. This position involves selling Case Medical devices and related products to healthcare facilities throughout a designated territory. The Territory Manager will be part of a regional team, contributing to the company's strategic objectives for revenue growth, market leadership and quality customer service through progressive sales of all Case Medical products.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesMeeting with customers within the territory to qualify and identify needs and opportunities for Case Medical products.Providing and facilitating product presentations, demonstrations and in-services, to leadership and staff within medical facilities.Identifying additional customer champions while building and maintaining relationships with the OR, SPD, Endoscopy, IP and other clinical areas.Working with Materials Management, Sourcing, Supply Chain and GPO representatives to create product opportunities and expansions within hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers and IDNs.Routinely updating the internal reporting system, noting all activities within accounts such as appointments, meetings, new contacts and opportunities, including requesting the creation of quotes for customer pricing.Effectively managing sales in an assigned geography including monthly forecasting and meeting sales quotas.Additional Duties & ResponsibilitiesAbility to travel within the assigned territory, with some overnight stays.Attend all national sales calls and meetings.Maintain credentials as required by Case Medical and customer accounts.QualificationsBA/BS or Individuals with experience as a Surgical Technologist (CST) and/or Sterile Processing (CRCST) strongly encouraged to applyExceptional oral and written communication skills.Computer skills in Windows, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint.Must possess a valid driver's license.Clinical or Supply Chain experience required.
