Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Class A CDL Driver/Expeditor role located in Caledonia, WI. The primary responsibilities include transporting goods safely and efficiently to various destinations, handling the loading and unloading of materials, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery schedules. The role involves vehicle inspections, maintaining cleanliness and compliance with safety standards, and collaborating with the logistics team to coordinate routes and delivery priorities. The Class A CDL Driver/Expeditor will play a key role in maintaining the high-quality service standards Caledonia Pallet is known for. Qualifications Possession of a valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving recordExperience in safe operation of heavy vehicles with excellent knowledge of transportation safety regulationsSkills in loading, unloading, and securing materials to prevent damage during transitTime management and organizational skills to coordinate delivery schedules efficientlyStrong communication skills for collaborating with logistics teams and customersAbility to perform routine vehicle inspections and basic maintenancePhysical capability to lift and move heavy objects as part of job dutiesPrevious experience in logistics, freight, or a related field is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent qualification preferred
