The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a desire to uphold our high standards of service. They will be tasked with managing our existing book of business while also developing new relationships with prospects.Requirements:A clean driving recordPrevious sales experiencePrevious experience working autonomouslyDemonstrated success in previously held positionsSome travel requiredSelf-motivated professionalFamiliarity with CRM platformsMust be able to meet weekly sales goalsMust be able to work within budgetMust be reliableMust be a team playerPreferred but Not RequiredExperience in price estimation for similar work.Responsibilities: The candidate is responsible for conducting any and all steps pertaining selling and estimating bids and submitting them for proposals. They will work with the Operations team to ensure a smooth transition once the contract is won. Candidate will also be responsible for executing marketing-driven efforts as directed.Sales:Meet with existing clientsIdentify potential qualified leadsMeet weekly sales goalsBe an active participant in the development of and/or adjustments as needed to sales strategyAttend meetings and professional association functionsHost clients and/or community partners at local events, dinners, luncheons, etc.Estimating:Meet with clients/prospects and formulate scopes of workWrite up and present estimates to clients/prospectsOperations:Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure a smooth transition from the closed deal to project start and throughout the project.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Base per year + CommissionLocation: In person- Alexandria, VA.
