We are looking for a Crew Chief to join our team and help us meet the demand for our Junk services. All our "captains" earn a generous hourly rate, plus tips and bonus pay. Our candidate must have strong communication, multitasking, and time management skills.$17 - 25 per hourRESPONSIBILITIES :Safely operate our junk trucks at all times.Give fair and accurate pricing estimates based on the pricing list providedTake overall responsibility for the truck, crew, and interaction with the customer on our jobsEnsure that the customer's house is protected while removing itemsInspect truck(s) - check lights, fuel level, tools, and equipment.Manage crew and drive performance to ensure client satisfactionInspect truck for needed suppliesContact the customer if the crew is behind schedule and will arrive late.Ensure payment is properly takenIdentify donatable items versus non-donatable itemsCommunicate clearly with the manager on duty to maximize workflow efficiencyPartake in marketing efforts Schedule: Monday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityYear-round workSupplemental Pay: TipsBonus payApplication Question(s): Do you have reliable transportationAre you authorized to work in the United States?Are you able to lift 75 pounds for an extended period of time?Are you willing to complete a background check for felony convictions?Do you have a valid driver's license?
