We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role combines data entry in Salesforce with hands-on support for client-facing activities, including event coordination and customer service.Key Responsibilities:
Accurately enter and maintain data in Salesforce
Support client communications and follow-ups
Assist in planning and executing events (virtual and in-person)
Provide responsive customer service and administrative support
Help prepare reports and maintain organized recordsQualifications:
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
