The organization is in strong growth mode and offers clear long-term advancement potential into senior engineering leadership.What You’ll DoServe as a technical leader on complex geotechnical and geostructural projectsAct as Engineer of Record (EOR) for select projectsReview and approve engineering deliverables for quality, constructability, and risk managementMentor and develop engineers across the design teamHelp drive hiring, workload planning, and performance management initiativesCollaborate closely with estimating, operations, and sales teams to improve project executionParticipate in process improvement and leadership initiatives across the engineering organizationSupport client-facing discussions, technical presentations, and project strategyWhat They’re Looking ForBS in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, or related fieldProfessional Engineer (PE) license required10+ years of relevant geotechnical or geostructural engineering experiencePrior leadership or team management experienceExpertise in at least one of the following:RockfallLandslide mitigationMicropilesDeep foundationsGroutingSlope stabilizationStrong communication and decision-making skills in fast-paced project environmentsPreferred QualificationsMS in Civil or Geological EngineeringGE and/or SE licensureExperience with complex geotechnical construction projectsBackground leading multidisciplinary engineering teamsNumerical modeling experienceWork EnvironmentHybrid schedule: onsite Tuesday–ThursdayLocation: Westminster, COPotential flexibility for remote candidates on a case-by-case basisUp to 25% travel within North AmericaWhy This Role Stands OutThis is an opportunity to join a growing engineering organization where senior technical leaders have direct influence on project delivery, team development, and long-term business growth.
