Our founder is a certified holistic nutritionist and cancer survivor who couldn't find the clean, non-toxic wellness products she needed — so she built a brand around them. What started as a luxury quarterly subscription box has grown into something bigger, with a thriving corporate wellness gifting side and real momentum behind it.We need someone holding down HQ so we can be out there, building relationships and bringing in business. What you do here directly fuels what we do in the field — that's not a small thing, and we won't treat it like one.This isn't a job where someone tells you what to do every hour. You'll come in, figure out what needs to happen, and make it happen.What you'll actually be doing:Packing, shipping, and fulfilling ordersUnpacking inventory and keeping accurate recordsResearching and applying for small business and wellness-focused grantsDrafting outreach emails for product partnerships and brand collaborationsWriting newsletters and blog postsManaging our Facebook community groupSupporting corporate wellness gifting ordersKeeping the office organized and supplies stockedHelping track profit margins and general operationsWhatever else needs to get done that dayYou're our person if you're organized and reliable (non-negotiable), self-directed, and genuinely care about clean living and non-toxic wellness. You already know Canva, Shopify, Klaviyo, and PayWhirl — or most of them — and you're curious about AI tools and prompting. Bonus points for experience in small business, corporate wellness gifting, or subscription boxes.
