PART-TIME SUMMER WAREHOUSE INSTRUCTIONAL MATERIALS

Job Title: Part-time (Summer) Warehouse Employee Instructional Materials Wage/Hour Status: Part-TimeReports to: Instructional Materials Manager Pay Grade: $15 per hourDept. /School: Instructional Materials Days: 48 (June, July, August)Supervises: N/APrimary Purpose: To work with the department manager and staff in the receiving and distribution of instructional materials.Qualifications:Education/Certification:• Must be a minimum of 16 years oldSpecial Knowledge Skills:• Material Management experience helpful; not required.• Ability to interact with ECISD employees and stakeholders with good interpersonal skills.Major Responsibilities and Duties:• Assist in receiving new instructional material in the warehouse.• Assist in applying barcodes to all new products.• Assist in separating instructional materials by product and by campus.• Assist in the delivery and distribution of products to all campuses.• Organize instructional materials in the warehouse.• Work closely with Instructional Materials department team and Curriculum and Instruction personnel.• Fulfill other duties that may be assigned by the Instructional Materials Manager.Supervisory Responsibilities: NoneWorking Conditions:Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors:Maintain emotional control under stress. Districtwide travel with ECISD employee in ECISD vehicle. Prolonged standing in direct and indirect sunlight. Need to be able to lift 35 pounds repetitively.
