This pivotal role involves leading the organization through a period of growth and change, with a strong focus on ensuring that the community's needs are met, particularly in the areas of hunger and housing instability. The successful candidate will work closely with the Board, staff, and community supporters to provide a strategic vision, drive fundraising efforts, and strengthen the organization's operations. Unifying the team and expanding the impact of services is also a key responsibility. The ideal Executive Director for the company will be a dynamic leader with a proven track record in fundraising, strategic planning, and operational management. They should be passionate about the mission of the organization and have the ability to inspire and mobilize others towards a common goal. Experience in leading transformative initiatives and a deep understanding of the social issues at hand are essential. The role requires a candidate who can effectively partner with various stakeholders, including the Board, staff, and community, to ensure the organization's continued success and growth.
