Job Description Initial Service Technician - No Experience RequiredPay: $3,000-$4,500 per month (base + performance bonuses) Training: 100% paid, including your state certification exam Truck: Company vehicle + fuel card (work and commute) Location: City/MetroWhy this jobNo pest control experience required. We'll train you, pay for your state certification, and put you in a company truck. If you show up, work hard, and take care of customers, you can be promoted to a Route Technician - earning $45K-$65K.What you'll doPerform initial pest control treatments for new customers - the first visit that sets up ongoing service. Shifts start around 11 AM and run until the route is finished - typically 8-10 hours, longer in peak season. Longer routes mean more stops, which means more pay.
