Team Member Food ServiceReports to: Team LeaderFunction: Promote store sales and growth through quality customer serviceResponsibilities to Customers:1. Greet every customer as they enter the store2. Offer to assist the customer while shopping3. Suggest additional items for purchase4. Thank the customer and invite them to return5. Maintain a clean shopping environment6. Keep merchandise clean, stocked, and rotated7. Be courteous and polite at all times8. Be knowledgeable and helpful about the store and the surrounding area9. Operate register and equipment efficiently10. Keep the customer first in all aspects of the jobResponsibilities to Co-Workers:1. Consistently complete all shift duties2. Maintain clean, safe work areas3. Resolve conflicts in a positive, productive manner4. Follow policies and procedures at all times5. Maintain a positive, cooperative attitudeResponsibilities to Management:1. Properly report all incidents, problems or concerns2. Follow proper vendor receiving policies3. Follow all loss prevention policies at all times4. Follow directions and instructions given by managementResponsibilities to the Company:1. Keep personnel areas secured2. Comply with all laws and ordinances3. Wear the proper Sprint Mart uniform while on duty4. Attend training classes as scheduled by the Team Leader5. Report all suspicious activity6. Accomplish goals as set forth with the Team Leader7. Learn and follow all company policies and proceduresResponsibilities in daily operations:1. Accurately verify age on restricted product sales2. Carry out any duties assigned by the Team Leader3. Report to the store manager all unsafe or improper practices or conditionsRequired Skills & Abilities:1. Able to lift 50 pounds2. Able to stand for long periods of time (8 hours or more)3. Able to work in a team4. Willing to do repetitive work5. Honest6. Dependable7.
