Trim Associate Location: Eugene, OR Job Type: Full-Time Pay: $16.00–$17.50/hour (DOE) About The Dope Depot | High Tech Farms The Dope Depot | High Tech Farms is a licensed Oregon cannabis cultivation, processing, and wholesale company producing premium-quality cannabis products for dispensaries throughout Oregon. We are seeking an experienced Trim Associate to join our post-harvest team. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality standards. Responsibilities Hand-trim cured cannabis flower while preserving quality and appearance. Assist with bucking, drying, inspections, and harvesting rooms. Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant workspace. Follow company SOPs, safety procedures, and OLCC requirements. Work with the team to meet daily production goals. Qualifications 1+ year cannabis trimming experience in a licensed facility required. Knowledge of cannabis flower quality standards and post-harvest handling. Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks. Ability to meet production goals while maintaining quality. Valid OLCC Marijuana Worker Permit. Must be 21+ years old. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Trim Production Bonus Program Complete 1 pound of trimmed flower per scheduled workday to qualify for the production bonus. Earn $20 for each additional pound trimmed after the first pound completed that day. Example: 2 lbs = $20 bonus | 3 lbs = $40 bonus. Bonus production must meet quality standards and be approved.
