The Manager, Data Analytics WillManage a team of data analysts delivering analytical projects, insights and analysis while managing end user expectations and needs.Manage development and production of complex clinical, operational, financial, and statistical analysis.Identify and recommend refinements to data inputs to further evolve analytics and improve data quality.Maintain project documentation, including requirements gathering, processes and procedures, best practices, and results.Ensure data accuracy and reporting consistency by identifying and implementing data analysis best practices.Utilize standard project management tools/frameworks to address budgets, work plans, staffing plans, communication plans, etc.Prepare project status reports, communicates status/issues to constituents, and suggests modifications of schedules as required while ensuring changes fit within overall program plan.Liaise with various teams to support ongoing development of the analytics platform and data warehouse.Identify new data sources and preparation methods that can boost accuracy in predictive modelsPerform all other duties that may be assigned in the best interest of the Shirley Ryan AbilityLab.Reporting RelationshipsReports directly to the Director Enterprise AnalyticsKnowledge, Skills & Abilities RequiredBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Engineering or a related field.Minimum 7 years of recent hands-on experience using advanced analytics, machine learning or artificial intelligence to solve business problems.Demonstrated project and process management skills.Strategic orientation to establish a vision and act with broader benefit of SRAlab in mind.Achievement orientation with commitment to high standards of excellence and innovation.Deep analytical and financial skills to prioritize team's work, quantify project costs and benefits and make trade-offs while implementing solutions.Strong ability to communicate with a broad set of individuals including SRAlab executives, clinical staff, subordinate staff, and technical staff.Solid judgment and strong problem solving skills.Strong sense and ownership and accountability to manage scope of responsibilities.Experience with delivery of superior customer service.Flexibility and adaptability to meet shifting needs of SRAlab.Relationship building skills to forge connections with SRAlab employees and 3rd parties.Personal development skills to pursue and continuously improve leadership skills.Working ConditionsNormal office environment with little or no exposure to dust or extreme temperature.Hybrid scheduleThe above statements are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by people assigned to this classification.
