This hands-on role will partner closely with the Controller to oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general accounting for multiple entities.The ideal candidate will bring strong technical expertise, proven leadership skills, and a passion for process improvement in a fast-paced, high-growth setting.ResponsibilitiesReview and prepare account analyses, reconciliations, and journal entries.Generate weekly, monthly, and ad hoc financial and operational reports.Support financial statement preparation, including variance analysis.Review billing processes and assist in process improvement initiatives.Assist with regulatory filings, Tax preparation, and other compliance activities.Provide timely, accurate responses to management inquiries.Participate in special projects as assigned.RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting or finance.5+ years of progressive accounting experience.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access).Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with NetSuite.Strong understanding of GAAP.Proven ability to work with sensitive, confidential information.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.High energy, team-oriented, and adaptable to changing priorities.Certified Public Accountant (CPA) - preferred.About the benefits:Comprehensive training, mentorship, and career development supportOffice in the heart of Legacy West/Shops of Legacy-great location with great energyCompetitive benefits: medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with up to 15% company match, PTO and paid holidaysFree lunch Fridays, on-site gym with towel service, team events, concerts, and moreA people-first, performance-driven culture that celebrates successCommunity involvement: volunteer opportunities and local outreach eventsUnique extras: Pet insurance, accident insurance, and a fun, business-casual environmentAbout Us
