The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily construction operations, manage on-site activities, monitor safety protocols, and ensure timely project completion within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating subcontractors, conducting quality inspections, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Construction Site Management and adherence to Construction Safety standardsStrong Organization Skills and experience in BudgetingExpertise in Project Management, including schedule management and subcontractor coordinationExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesAbility to read and interpret construction plans and documentsKnowledge of local building codes and regulations10+ years of experience in construction management or related roles preferred
