Privately HeldAbout the RoleThe Company is seeking a Partner - Head of AI and Strategy to lead the expansion of its US AI and Data Strategy practice. This is a unique opportunity to establish and grow a business within the framework of an international brand, with a focus on commercial leadership, AI and data strategy expertise, and a proven ability to generate new business at the C-suite level. The successful candidate will be responsible for launching and scaling the US AI and Data practice, owning revenue generation, and building deep relationships with C-level executives. Additionally, the role involves defining the US go-to-market strategy, identifying key industry verticals, and establishing credibility in the US AI strategy ecosystem.Applicants for this role should have a minimum of 8 years' experience in strategy consulting, specifically within the realm of data and AI transformation. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of revenue ownership and be adept at building a business from the ground up. Experience in selling to senior executives is essential, as is a background that demonstrates an entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to thrive in a less structured, more autonomous environment. The role offers the opportunity to shape a national practice, own market strategy, and have direct exposure to senior global leadership.
