This role is responsible for changes, updates, and value-added services.QualificationsInsurance Experience – Active Property & Casualty License required. Insurance experience necessary.Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear and calm manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.Performance - As a Senior team member, exceptional performance and the ability to set an example of professionalism and success for other team members is expected.ResponsibilitiesAnswer client’s questions regarding payments and notices.Process endorsements for clients.Manage a diverse book of house accounts.Cross-sell additional lines of business to existing customers.Support designated sales staff.Review and respond to renewal activities.Follow up and see tasks thru to completion.This is a full-time role, onsite at an Inszone location near you.
