What You'll Do Greet clients and create a welcoming experience Manage appointments, check-ins, and guest flow Support barbers and stylists with daily operations Answer questions and provide excellent customer service Keep the front desk organized and running smoothly What We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing personality Strong communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable and team-oriented mindset Customer service or retail experience preferred (not required) Why Work at Floyd's?
