Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Job Description NobleCare is a certified outpatient mental health and substance abuse treatment center licensed providing individual therapy. We're looking for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner board certified in Psychiatry to join our diverse, multidisciplinary practice to provide intake assessments and care plans, conduct individual counseling sessions, and serve as an added resource of supportive services for a mixed caseload of adults and adolescents experiencing mental health issues, communication challenges, or personal/family conflict.OverviewDiagnose mental, emotional and behavioral disorders and prescribe medication or administer psychotherapeutic treatmentEvaluate client data, and test/examination findings to diagnose nature and extent of mental disorderPrescribe, direct, and administer psychotherapeutic treatments or medications to treat mental, emotional, or behavioral disorders; as neededAdvise guardians, relatives and significant others of client's condition and treatmentPrepare case reports and summaries for client, agency, and other agencies when applicableRequirementsPMHNP, CRNP, APRN, MSN-FNP, GNP, PCNS or similar degreeNJ licensed as an APN or CNSActive DEA, CDS licensesSuboxone waiver (or needed within 90 days of hire)Medical specialties: PsychiatryBehavioral health: 6months -2 years experience minimum (Required)License/Certification:DEA Certification (Required)CDS Certification (Required)Psychiatric Board Certification (Preferred)Work setting:ClinicIn-personOutpatientTelehealthCompany DescriptionNobleCare Healthcare Services LLC is a leading provider of outpatient behavioral health and mental health services.
